For anything to do with an agent connection, your account, billing, your board, or your data, include:
- Which AI tool you connected (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and so on)
- The command or action you were attempting
- What you expected to happen
- Any error message, copied exactly
Never email passwords, access tokens, or private project content. Nobody here will ever ask for them. If a token has been exposed, revoke it on the Connect page in the app first, then write.
What to send about the free tools
- Bug reports: which tool, what you did, what you expected, browser and OS if you have them.
- Feature requests: tell me the workflow you are trying to finish. Often the right answer is a feature you did not ask for.
- Press or partnership: same inbox, put PRESS or PARTNER in the subject line so it surfaces.
