1. Add the server to your config

In ~/.codex/config.toml:

2. Log in

codex mcp login astryke-hub

A browser window opens to sign in and approve. No API key, nothing to paste back. The connection gets its own token, revocable on its own.

3. Check it worked

Ask for a briefing with catch-up. An empty board on a new account is the right answer, not a failure — tell the agent what you are working on and it fills in from there.

4. Let it close the session

wrap-up writes the session back. If you forget, a session that goes quiet is closed out on a timeout, so nothing depends on the model remembering to file its own report.
