Revoke an agent
Every connection has its own token, listed on the Connect page in the app with when it was created and when it was last used. Revoking one stops it reading or writing immediately and does not affect your other connections.
If you think a token has been exposed, revoke it first and then get in touch. Never email a token to anyone, including us.
Export everything
The whole workspace, as JSON or Markdown, from the account page. Markdown is the same content in a form you can read without us, which is the point of offering it.
Export is not gated by paying. It works during the trial, while subscribed, and after a subscription ends. A product that holds your notes hostage to collect a renewal is not one worth trusting with them.
When a plan ends
Your board becomes read-only. It stops accepting new notes; everything already written stays there and stays readable, by you and by your agents, indefinitely. Nothing is deleted to encourage you to subscribe.
Delete the account
From the account page, yourself, without asking anyone. It removes everything in the workspace and cancels any live subscription with Stripe first, so deleting cannot leave a charge running behind you.
Deleted data can persist for a short time in routine backups before those rotate out. That is a real caveat and not a loophole: the backups exist so a disk failure does not take your board with it.
